our history
Photo-poem.com was born in the early 90’s on the shore of the Loire valley in France. My dad was fond of photography and was an artist. He inspired us with his passion to catch the grace of a passing moment and imortalizing it with light.
Then came the poems. He used to marry them with his photos and send to his friends for the new year on a card. And so the first photopoems came about. Then came the dream that one day maybe…
As technology advanced so did the idea to share this art. And then COVID-19 hurt us all. In the morass of a society gone lethargic, in the need for something to lit hope and joy in our souls, www.photo-poem.com was born.
